Is it too late to sell my home in 2016?
Around this time each year about 80% of REALTORS believe their year is over. They stop trying to sell real estate and stop believing that even if they list a home for sale that someone will actually buy it. This simply is NOT the case – the FACTS tell you a very different story:
For example, 18.5% MORE homes sold in Franklin between August & October 2015 than between June & July 2015.
I sell Franklin, I know Franklin and despite my English accent, I’ve lived in Franklin for 19 years – the chances are that I am more local than you are!
